The AI-DLDA Summer School appears on the top list of International Summer Schools on Artificial Intelligence on the website Summer Schools in Europe, the most complete directory of summer courses in Europe, originally founded by Utrecht University.
AI-DLDA is the International Summer School on Artificial Intelligence held in Udine, Italy. It is intended for young researchers, Ph.D. students and industry practitioners with the aim of offering an update on the most recent advances in the area of Artificial Intelligence, from deep learning to data analytics.
The course offers an in-depth analysis of state-of-the-art research covering a large spectrum of current research activities and industrial applications dealing with big data, computer vision, human-computer interaction, biomedical informatics, deep learning, and games.
WHEN AND WHERE
Classes are hosted at Palazzo Antonini in the beautiful university town of Udine, in North-East of Italy. Thanks to its strategic geographic position, visitors can easily travel to the nearby cities of Trieste and Venice, which are just a few hours away from Udine.
The courses will be held throughout four days, with keynote lectures in the morning and laboratory sessions in the afternoon.
For those requiring school credits, a final exam will be held on the last day.
A certificate of participation attesting the number of attended hours and indicating the result of the exam will also be provided.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND LEISURE TIME
An Italian “APERITIVO” NETWORKING will be held on Wednesday, July 6th, while during the other evenings you will have the opportunity to explore the city, its traditions and its events.
